Katrina Moore is a wife and mother of three young adults residing in Dallas, Texas. She loves life, protects her joy, is grateful for each day and the opportunity it brings to show love, serve, and build legacy. Passion met her purpose and out of it, Star P.R.E.P. LLC was birthed. Star P.R.E.P.’s mission is to help develop young adults into becoming independent, globally minded, and career-ready individuals. Known as “The Navigator”, Katrina’s goal through Star P.R.E.P. is to Prepare young adults for independence; help them Recognize their greatness; Equip them with the life skills and tools applicable to the real world; and Position them for success.


Ms. Moore is an Executive Certified Behavioral Insight Specialist and Executive Life Coach with the partner organization, Superhero University, headquartered in Austin, TX. Together, the team serves young adults in the judicial system by providing mentorship, life skills, and entrepreneurship training. They also help adults develop a growth mindset and ensure they do not have to “do life alone.” Ms. Moore provides one-on-one life coaching, behavioral assessments, and business development services to both youth and adults, helping their vision of business ownership become a reality.


Ms. Moore also is a practicing attorney. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law and a Master of Arts Degree from the School of International Service both from American University in Washington, D.C. She represents clients in employment and family-based immigration matters as a Senior Attorney at an immigration law firm based in Dallas, Texas. She is an alum of the town of Little Elm’s Citizen Academy. Ms. Moore is also a proud graduate of the city of Frisco Chamber of Commerce Leadership Frisco Class XV and one of the original founders of the Frisco Chamber’s current International Business Council.


Ms. Moore understands her desire to equip young adults and those who wish to also serve them is crucial at this time. She subscribes to the belief that “it takes a village to raise a child.” Star P.R.E.P. stands in the gap with parents, caregivers, and organizations to ensure our young adults are prepared for independence and to one day leave their own legacy. Ms. Moore has overcome numerous personal life and health challenges. She attributes her contagious smile to her decision to choose joy each and every day.
